Recently, Supreme Court Justice Scalia openly re-confirmed his opinion on gay rights when speaking at Princeton University. By *definition*, Justice Scalia should recuse himself, or be recused by the White House, from hearing the DOMA and Prop 8 cases that will reach SCOTUS in Spring 2013. This is about achieving fairness for our citizens.
