Textbooks are required for the most of classes, but why do students must t o buy the textbook and there are other ways to solve it. College can do it like high school that students rent textbooks, if they damage it then pay for it. Colleges should use one edition for years just like high school does in stead of keep changing new edition every year; but if some subjects have to be changed, E-book is a good day to do.
Nowadays our earth is facing serial numbers of environmental problem, and trees are certainly important. Every year we lost too much trees on textbooks. Less textbook, more trees!
