Since we are doing reconstruction of our Nations Capitol Building, I propose that we recycle the remnants of this great landmark for our one of our nations tax paying citizens homestead. I have a "Shovel Ready project": to use these valuable resources, and prevent the use of mining new resources to complete my project. It will benefit the environment and create jobs at the same time. This is what America was founded on.
