Recyling in the entire state of PA

I believe that the whole state of PA should recyle because a lot of landfills across the US are overflowing with materials The reusable materials that doesn't get cleaned out in time to be saved end up staying there. But they end up getting tranported to another overcrowed landfill. With the new materials that makes the landfill overflow even more which makes it even more hazardous to the earth and its people.Recyling is important because it helps keep materials out ot the landfills.
