This is an archaic act put into place during a time of ignorance and fear. AIDS and HIV are prevalent not only in Gay or Bisexual men, and it is discriminatory to only ban them from donating. The AABB tests the blood anyway, so it should not matter. Any person could have a number of blood diseases. It is not limited to just gay or bisexual men.
