Redact the International Freedom Act of 1998.

Created by C.C. on April 03, 2014

We urge the president to eliminate the wasteful United States Commission of International Religious Freedom. The United States should not be dictating the religious business of foreign countries.

The Commission has been centrally focused on Christian persecution, rather than noting a persecution of all religions. If the United States is intent on preventing the persecution of religion through the world, it should be focused on all religions, not just Judeo-Christian religions.

This is not an ideal use of taxpayer money, and the whole commission should be eliminated.
