Inorder for democracy to survive we the people must stop that which will inevitably cause its collapse, People being able to vote themselves money from the treasury. Inorder to achieve this we the people ask that voting rights only be extended to those that either pay income taxes, have served at least 4 years in the active military, or are current or retired reservists. This is not to punish those that require help, we all do at some point in time, but rather to ensure their is not a conflict of interest whereas people are allowed to vote themselves the benefits.
