there are good parents out there who battle daily with a substance abuse problems. this does not make them bad parents nor does it make them unable to care for there children any less than other parents and cps has no right to interfear with those families nor the right to still our babies orn substance exsposed. if the law doesnt charge us criminaly how can cps punish us parents with a punishment worse than dealth instead life with out our children mean while our children suffer in foster care away from there loving parents and the parents end up reapsing if not worse overdosing trying to deal with the constent heart ache of there children bieng ripped out of there arms . and the fact the goverment pays these people to steal our babies and adopt them out you the goverment have no right .
