The word "free" should not be used in any situation where the consumer is required to provide a service or commit to any requirement financial or otherwise. The word "free" should only be legally allowed to refer to something that is actually free of all commitment. For example, requiring a consumer to view ads to receive a service means the service is not "free" because the consumer is providing a service from which the provider profits by looking at ads. Ads should not need fine print because if fine print is required the service being provided is not actually free. All text in ads should be required to be the same size or larger than the word "free."
