According to recent statistics, more than 50% of congress is over the age of 60, and more than two thirds is over the age of 50. Four fifths of those are men. We need to restructure congress, in terms of maximum term limit, and age limits. There is a reason the right laws are not getting passed, and the wrong ones are.
