REDEFINE TERRORISM TO INCLUDE SAVAGE, MASS ASSAULTS AND KILLINGS.
(a) Congress includes the following as act of terror:
(1) Beheading, dismemberment, and torching committed by individuals and gang members.
(2) Drive by shooting/public attacks or mass stabbing or any attacks committed against civilians in public or private facilities or dwelling.
(3) Any assault committed in public places such as schools, malls, and places of worship.
(4) Make all the above punishable by a minimum of 25 years in prison if convicted.
Individuals in our communities that are subjected to gang activities are constantly terrorized and are living in fear, threaten, victimize, bullied and intimated. The Department of Homeland Security would help in the fight gang activities.
