Redefine who is the minority. We should calculate who the minority is by using their zip code to reduce self segregation

After living in many different areas I realized that people tend to segregate themselves into communities and social groups. By reclassifying who the minorities are by their zip codes rather than determining it nationally. We have become a very diverse country. However, we are not socially balanced and that is the next step to further the diversity process.
