American primary and secondar schools do not have the resources to hire private security guards. Local police departments cannot respond quickly enough in an emergency like Sandy Hook, CT
Federal troops have been used to guard american schools in the past. It's time to do that again.

There should be 2 guards for each exterior door in every American primary and secondary school.
