Redesign the Healthcare.gov website to include a simple one page application form that uploads your 2012 Income Tax Return and requires that you only click on "submit" at the end.
The current design asks you to click on "Save and Continue" after each question thereby taxing the servers fifty times more than necessary. Naturally the website is slow using your current design.
The individuals who have straight forward information can use the one page form. Those with special circumstances may use the form with many questions.
