Redesign or Restructure the Child Support Calculation System in all states.

Created by T.E. on December 27, 2012

In today's current structure or format, there are certainly good parents that seems to be punished by the system when they are actively in the children's lives during a separation or divorce. The parent that's not the custodial one can also have other children to take care of, as well as maintaining their household. But, sometimes they are forced to have another standard of living due to financial obligations of the court. Every three years, they are subjected to going back to court, because the custodial parent wants more money. As long as they are actively in the child's life, not harming or abusing the child, providing a safe, stable, and structural environment during visitation, and being a positive role model, this structure should be taken into consideration.
