Redesign the Presidential voting requirements.

Created by T.B. on July 14, 2013

Recent Presidential Elections have proven that a large portion of the populace of these United States of America does not have the mental capacity required to select an appropriate candidate to fill the Office of The President of the United States of America. With that in mind, it is hereby proposed that all voters must henceforth be native-born (born within the borders of the Continental United States) citizens of at least four previous generations of native-born citizens of the United States of America, and must have a tested and verified IQ of 100 points or higher.
