Reduce the 25 year vehicle import law to 15 years.

The 25 year import law is absurd, this is the land of freedom and we should be allowed to import the vehicles of our choice. 15 years is reasonable as it still abides by the idea Mercedes Benz had to prevent people purchasing foreign cars to save money, thus creating the 25 year rule. This needs to change!
