Make full time employment 30 to 35 hours per week to let people spend more time with their families and live life. Too many Americans work for too long and spend little, if any time, with family. Also, humans can only be productive for the first 6 to 7 hours of work anyways. Companies will then have a need for more workers and this will in turn generate more jobs. Therefore, unemployment will decrease and Americans will be able to experience more things in life than just working. Sure some will not make as much money, but do we really need that much money to begin with?
