Reduce all government salaries (all agencies included) by 10% immediately and cut government paid holidays to 6 per year

Our country is top heavy with government employees, president and congress. Cutting the spending of all government employees by 10% will significantly help to reduce the deficit. Government paid holidays being cut to 6 per year will enable these employees to catch up on work that is backlogged and burdening the citizens they work for. There should be no salary increases until the economy is in the black.
