reduce all taxes except sales tax to 0.

The government spent 3 trillion US$ on 2 wars instead of something called EDUCATION and RESEARCH. This means it is either very rich (too many taxes) or very incompetent. Either way we the people should not pay for the largess of 400 odd people.
By reducing the taxes to 0 we only pay for the services we use in the form of sales tax. It will also trim the budget by getting rid of the bloated IRS, FBI and other agencies. It will reduce the cases filed in court and the lawyers employed by the government.
Life will become a lot simpler. And people wont have to pay a third of their salaries in taxes.
