reduce the amount of legislation included in each presented bill.

Created by D.B. on October 26, 2011

Reducing the amount of legislation and limiting the amount of pages and wording in each bill introduced. This would improve American's way of life by:

1. Making it easier to pass certain parts of bills that are supported by both parties.

2. Making it easier for the American public to read and comprehend bills, most of which do not have a law background or the time to read 800 pages.

3. Help improve the job environment and social well-being by increasing the speed in which congress can respond and pass important legislation.

When bills are introduced with 10s, or even 100s, of changes in legislation, it prevents the passage of the one important change because parties do not agree on the many other changes included in the bill.
