Reduce the amount of power the Federal goverment has and return it back to the states, where it belongs

Reduce the overall power the Federal goverment has and return the power back to the States and their goverment. The federal taxes that we have to pay should not be higher then the state taxes. The power of the federal goverment should be limited to only the Constition. The feds should not have the financial power over the states and force them to make rules or not receive federal funds. The Federal goverment should receive only a small amout of taxes and relie on the states to assist them in federal programs which should be limited to only an active military, federal emergancy programs, space and research, and CIA/ FBI programs, and thats all. Everything else should be handaled at the state level.
