Dear Obama administration, I believe we should have a reduction in the amount of test placed on highschool kids per semester. With less test we can have more time to focus on big test like ACT or ACT practice which is the most important test we take as highschoolers. If you can't reduce the amount of test then can the Obama administration lower the percentage the test are worth.
