Reduce the amount of service time required for retirement from the US Military by 6 months for every year deployed.

In order to further recognize the sacrifice made by U.S. Servicemen/women we wish to reduce the service time required for retirement by 6 months for every year of service within a combat zone, also allowing pro-rating for shorter and longer deployments. This will further compensate Soldier, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines (Other services includes I.E. Coastguard) for multiple rotations into combat and will further raise the espri de corps with the knowledge that deployment brings a serviceman closer to retirement.
