Reduce the amount of signatures needed to push a petition through. 100,000 is unattainable for certain causes.

To obtain 100,000 signatures for a petition to be seen by the President is outrageous. I think each petition should be taken into consideration and if the government has too many to go through then they need to look at the system and see why people are so upset with things to have to create a petition to get something changed. My friends son committed suicide because of PTSD. His records were handled poorly to where he was not receiving assistance for this problem. She did not get the required signatures because 1 month is too short of time to obtain that many. We need a petition to change the amount of signatures and time needed to get a cause seen by the President.
