Reduce and reform the Federal Government by reducing the salaries/benefits of elected officials and eliminating the IRS.

Created by S.P. on December 21, 2011

The federal gov't is too big and too irresponsible.
Too many elected officials are more interested in maintaining their career than in serving the public.

(1) All elected officials should have:
- their salaries cut in half,
- Medicare for their insurance policy,
- to use IRAs for their retirement,
- a 3 term limit.

(2) Federal income taxes (& the IRS) should be eliminated and a national sales tax be created to fund our federal spending (credit to all based on the "poverty line").

(3) The annual federal budget should be voted on (on-line) by the voting public.

(4) Secrecy in gov't to be eliminated; 100% transparency after 90 days.

(5) All elected officials need to remember (annually sign a "memorandum") they are "public servants" and that we (the public) are their boss.
