Reduce Burden of Student Loans so College Graduates Can Buy Homes

This petition calls for creation of special mortgages for college graduates to buy homes. Since the burden of student debt prevents many college graduates from purchasing homes, the mortgage payment on these loans would include the student loan payment and a reduced mortgage payment until the student loan is paid in full. Once the student loan is paid in full, the mortgage payment on the house would increase. The loan would require that payments are made bi-weekly which can save the borrower around $30,000 over the life of a typical $100,000 mortgage loan. .
