Reduce CO2 Emissions Car Owners put out by limiting the time we can leave a non-animate vehicle from running.

Created by K.S. on October 09, 2011

When we leave our cars running to get out and check the mail or wait for the passenger we're picking up we continue to put out emissions. There should be a law that limits the amount of time you can leave your car running to 2 minutes with exceptions being sitting in traffic and extreme weather conditions. Any point past 2 minutes of letting your car just sit whilst running is putting out more emissions than to turn the car of and turn it back on.
