Congress takes longer vacations than constituents, and spends less time voting on important legislation than they spend on campaign and election trails. We must limit vacations to 2-week recesses, and force members to vote on bills. At least 3/4 of all members in the appropriate section of Congress where a bill is up for vote should be casting votes.
