Many members of congress join congress because they can just sit there and collect money, doing nothing. This is corrupt and damaging to our country. If we instead reduce congresses payroll to a standard apartment, food, water and some spending cash, then the politicians sitting there for money will leave, and be replaced with people who are there to help the country.
If we reduce congresses payroll, corruption will reduce dramatically and our country can be led by congressmen who will do their jobs.
