Reduce congressional corruption by leading the effort to eliminate congressional exemption from SEC insider trading laws

Created by G.M. on December 30, 2012

The members of Congress so often believe that they are above the laws of this nation. Whereas the average U.S. citizen will be prosecuted for insider trading, members of congress can do so with impunity. Unlike the average citizen however, congress can affect policy which directly influences the stock market in a broader sense for their own gain, rather than for the betterment of society at large. We need to put an end to this potential source of congressional corruption.
