Congressional pay should be set at $35,000 per year base with standard cost of living increases.

An apartment building should be built or acquired for the purpose of "modest" not "extravagant" housing for congress and top aids. Said housing should be provided free of charge while congress is in session. When congress is "locked out" rent for said housing should be billed to residents at a rate comparable to other rentals in the area.

No external housing or rent shall be "gifted" or given to members of congress.

A modest, economical, american built vehicle should be provided to members for transportation while in session. This vehicle may not be used during lock outs or post session.

Commitee participation, Speaker seats, etc shall come with modest pay bumps of no more then $5,000.
