Reduce congressional performance to match their performance

In any organization, pay is based on performance. The performance of our lawmakers and elected officials has not been satisfactory to the American people. Furthermore, the American people believe that Congress does not work enough time out of a year to justify their high pay and exorbitant benefits.
Therefore, we request Congressional pay to be cut by up to 20%, no less than 10% across the board, based on performance.
