reduce Congress's pay to $75K for 3 yrs, tie raises to performance and COL, and cancel all retire benefits retroactively

Congress has voted itself salary and benefit packages without any input or approval of the American people. They have the lowest rating in history, cannot agree on anything, and are not willing to work with and respect the President. They have created this budget crisis but take no responsibility for it. Many ordinary citizens who have jobs have not received pay increases in a few years, have had their benefits reduced or eliminated, or worse they have been downsized. The first budget item to be considered an entitlement is the salary, healthcare and retirement packages given to members of Congress and cancel all of these contracts now, retroactively, and going forward. Serving is an honor and they should not have government cover their healthcare or retirement. Start pay at $75K/all.
