Reduce the congress's pay and benifits to the minimum ammount that SSI pays and medicare gives in beinifits.

Make members of the congress of the United States reduce their incomes to the minimum ammount that social security pays out in monthly benifits for one person and to have their health insurance be the same as the health benifits that someone on social sercurity would recieve. They should not be allowed any other income and have their assests frozen while in office, untill such a time that our nations budget is ballanced and under control. This would also include any money given to them by outside groups or government agencys. Food stamps should be given to them as well for those that qualify.
