The Secretary of the Army has the authority to determine if Jeffrey Sinclair will maintain his military pension at the current level of One-Star General. Convicted Army General Sinclair admitted to an adulterous affair lasting 3 years, with a subordinate female officer in his command, having improper relationships with other military women and abusing a government credit card. He has been charged with assault but those charges were dropped as a part of a plea bargain. Sinclair's last 'satisfactory' performance and honorable service was that of a Lieutenant Colonel, O-5. The Secretary of the Army should remember that offending officers normally retire at the last grade in which they served satisfactorily, and for Jeffrey Sinclair his retirement as a General Office level is not fair!
