Reduce cost recovery fees for use of public lands by non profit originations by lifting the 50 hr work threshold to 100

Currently non profit groups like the boy scouts , church groups and outdoor clubs that receive permits from the bureau of land management pay for all costs associated with the event if it takes more than 50 hrs . I am asking the president to increase this to 100 hrs and not charge for the 1st 50 hrs if it goes over the 100 hr threshold. This would make it economically feasible for non profits to hold camp outs and fund raisers.
