Reduce the Deficit by charging China for its malicous actions against its treasuries owned by stealing weapon designs!

The United States has been friendly to China. Yet China has only shown its malicious intent and distrust of the US by attacking it on foreign policy to gain favor, by taking money from it while giving nothing in return, by taking US jobs by appealing to CEO's from the US with offering of cheap labor increasing our deficit, By buying our treasuries to fund war then seizing all the benefits of that war with the taking of wells in IRAQ and allying with Pakistan. Lastly the Malicious constant barrage of spying and trying to buy or corrupt contractors, or hack into their systems compromising our security and costing us Trillions of Research and Development costs as a nation and thinking that they can steal that and multiple intellectual rights in a bullyish manner.
