Please, madate the company to reduce the duration of "temp, "contract" or "interim" duration. Most of company have been taking advantage since the downturn of economy by keeping the employee as "temp", "contract" or "interim" so that they do not have to pay for employee benefits. Three months "trial" was a fair time back in the old day, but now they could hold them up to six, twelve or even more than a year!
