Please make USCIS to reduce EB-5(I-526, I-829) processing time by honoring I-924 approval, hiring more officers,have more IPO offices and providing Premium processing service(charging additional fees).
Please honor people who are trying to immigrate to US legally and helping improve of US ecnomy. waiting for 14 months for a decision for the case(does not include AOS or apply visa abroad) is unfair and unacceptable for investors who invested at least $500,000 or $1000,000. All the investments for Regional center have to be in an account for such time is rediculous. and I-526 processing time is around a year slowlier than all other work-based petitions which is unresonable.
