reduce farm and coal subsidy and increase solar and wind subsidy

in this country the farm and coal subsidy is strangling our economy by forcing diminishing industries to continue to exist for long after their usefulness has expired. if we modify farming subsidy to have the surplus foodstuffs to be sold at reduced price instead of the government purchasing at full price the impact to our budget would be reduced. additionally if we abolish coal energy subsidy and shifted that effort into subsidizing wind and solar energy we could be completely coal free withing five years. plus the fact that by subsidizing solar and wind energy we would be able to quickly out pace our actual energy needs and could be begin the export of energy to other countries creating new revenues.
