Reduce the Federal budget deficit and avoid the Fiscal Cliff by immediately increasing the tax rate of all Federal Government employees by 50%, excluding all military personnel. This will serve as a strong incentive for those employed in non-essential jobs to obtain useful employment thereby stimulating the economy with truly productive capital. As a result, the Federal Government will shrink and will govern according to the Constitution, with emphasis on Article I, Section 8 and Amendment #10.
