Republicans want to cut vital entitlement programs, yet they continue to get themselves raises as the average Americans continue to struggle.
Since the Republicans want to cut these entitlement programs to reduce the deficits, they should also cut their own salaries and benefit programs by the same percentage. If they are going to ask Americans to give up the resources they need during a recession, then they also should be willing to give up a percentage of their own benefits and salaries.
