Reduce Federal Regulations

Created by D.F. on October 26, 2011

Reduce the number of federal regulations so that companies can function efficiently and not have to spend funds meeting unnecessary regulations. The current federal regulation environment is extremely large and growing apparently with no bounds. This is stifling small businesses especially and raising their cost of doing business which is driving many companies out of business and restraining job growth. A more rational regulation environment that shows and understanding of small businesses is needed. The associated litigation with these regulations is extremely costly. This reduction in regulation should include stopping the NLRB from creating regulations without congressional oversight, and stepping over their federal authority.
