Reduce the Federal Student Loan interest rates to Prime +.25

Created by J.W. on June 26, 2015

Interest rates on current student loans (as high as 10.5%) are chocking the recently graduated who can barely afford to make minimum payments. Those on deferment are experiencing significant interest build up while deferred. Many graduates are only able to find minimum wage, part time jobs creating near poverty situations. Need intervention in the system to resolve this compounding problem
