Reduce foreign aid

This petition is to suggest that the federal deficit be reduced in part thru cutting back on aid to all countries that now receive it. I am suggesting a reduction of one billion dollars to each country now receiving aid from America, rather than raising taxes on the poor and middle class taxpayers. It seems that the many billions and billions of dollars given to other coountries could better be put to use in our own country. Let's do something to improve the lives of American children as well as children in other countries!
