Reduce the Foreign Aid Budget to help lower our National Debt

Created by S.H. on June 11, 2013

As a sign of Fiscal Responsibility I suggest that the Foreign Aid Budget be reduced by one tenth of a percent. To some this amount may appear too small, however, over the years it would amount to hundreds of millions of dollars that could be shaved from our national debt. To most on The Hill, this small reduction may not be worth their time. But I can assure you that to all of us "common folk" it is an overwhelming amount of money that we can not afford to be giving away.
Especially when you consider we do not have the money to give away in the first place.
