Discontinue providing or reduce foriegn aid to governments who dont support the United States policies to include any foriegn officals who divert U. S. foriegn aid for personaI gain. I propose reducing federal foriegn aid to forego any changes/reductions in how current Cost of Living Adjustments are computed and paid to U.S. citizens such as social security recipients, military and other Federal retirees.
