A forty hour work week was possible when people had someone who was able to stay home as a homemaker. People got a hot meal when they came home children were taught good morals and values. Now everyone has to work just to make ends meet. People need to be able to have time to rest, time to eat, time to live. Between working full time and commuting we are tired.
