We the People, now Petition the Office of the Presidency to take immediate action by executive order to open the Strategic Petroleum Oil Reserves (SPOR) & set a trigger on GAS Prices that re-opens the SPOR & by doing so, oil speculators will not continue the displacement of the People into a state of poverty by action of Price Gouging through speculation of Oil cost that has not actually disrupted supply and demand. The strength & value of the Dollar index supports a much lower cost per barrel than actually speculated on the market, thereby impacting a slowing growth to the economy, punishment upon families in order to survive, punishment upon the disadvantaged and disabled in unfair price tactics, & punishment upon all the People of America by placing a restriction on necessities to live.
